Clicking a charge will show:

- Affirm confirmation code
- Customer name
- Charge status
- Total charge amount
- Charge history
- Shopping basket details
- Billing and shipping addresses
Here's an example of clicking a Charge to see the Charge Details:
You can use the drop-down filter to change the time window in which you're seeing the charges. The table will automatically refresh to show your chosen time window.
The options here are:
- Today
- Last 24 hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 365 days
- All time
- Custom range
These time window options can help you get a big picture of your charges or focus on a particular period for troubleshooting or reconciliation actions.

Processing Charges
If your e-commerce platform processes Affirm charges in its order management system (OMS), use that platform to process charges. This will keep Affirm synced with your platform and reduce the number of systems where actions take place. You can also use the Affirm dashboard to process charges.
If your platform doesn’t process Affirm charges or you integrated Affirm using our Direct API method, check this article to learn how to process orders in the Merchant Dashboard.
